Join the Amador Valley High School Band and raise money for Joplin High School in Missouri by sponsoring a Marching Don from noon-6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 1, at Amador Valley High School, 1155 Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton. Joplin was devastated by a tornado in May, 2011, and all proceeds will go towards helping Joplin students pay for instruments. Admission is free.
